jordi amat · mexico city · engineer + healer

you keep the soul. i build the machine.

i'm jordi. fifteen years a senior engineer and cto — pwc, then startups, twice a founder — and a certified facilitator. i build the whole business around your work: booking, payments, membership, the admin. then i run it with you. you stay in the room.

01 / who i build for

i build for teachers, healers, practitioners. because i'm one of them.

i could point this at anything. i point it at the people whose work i share a room with. you have the gift and the students. what you don't have is the one person who wires the whole thing together — the site, the booking, the payments, the membership, the ai, the day-to-day ops — into a business that runs without you holding it up.

that's the job i do. not another tool to learn, not an agency that disappears after launch.

one person who builds it around your work, and stays to run it with you.
02 / who i am

an engineer who lives in your world.

fifteen years shipping production software — enterprise rigor at PwC, CTO and founding-team roles, infrastructure i own and run myself, in production, today.

and a certified facilitator: kundalini teacher, thetahealing instructor, years in ceremony and men's work. so i can build the machine and sit in the room without breaking the spell. for a founder-led, soul-led practice, you usually need both.

"healing and building are the same work — you find where the friction is, you correct it, you redeploy. i don't do copper wiring. i do code."

what i don't do: big-team management, ML research, enterprise sales. systems that run a practice end to end — that's my lane. the full track record — fifteen years, eight roles, pwc to founding-cto — is the record →

03 / the turn

for fifteen years, this took a team. it doesn't anymore.

i built software the old way for fifteen years — a team per product, months per launch. then the math changed. i run my studio now as a fleet of ~26 agents that research, build, sell and ship around the clock. what used to need ten people, i ship in days, sometimes from a voice note on my phone.

the fifteen years didn't become useless — they became the thing that points the machine and catches it when it's wrong.

one person who builds like a team isn't the red flag it used to be. it's the reason this works.
04 / proof

i don't send decks. i send working things.

each was researched, designed, written and shipped by a system i built and run myself — then i crafted and approved every word and pixel that carries the client's name. fast where it can be; human where it has to be.

05 / the long way here

i took the long way to this.

barcelona, then most of a decade an engineer in london. a hard turn — and breaking open, in tears, in a kundalini room. india, my wife, two kids, and the road to mexico city. healer and builder; i stopped splitting them a long time ago.

06 / what i do

i build the system that runs your practice.

through my studio, i replace the scattered tools — bookings, payments, memberships, the follow-ups, the admin — with one platform built around your work, then i run it with you. the busywork handles itself; you stay fully in your work.
